IR35 - Confirm Status

It is imperative for our consultants that all of the roles they are offered via our portal are deemed outside IR35 for taxation purposes. All of our consultants are in business in their own right, have multiple clients and are not looking for permanent roles or even full time contracts. Therefore, all roles must be status checked and confirmed as outside IR35 before we can offer them to our consultants.

No need for concern however. We have developed a solution to provide the most comprehensive, accurate and (if you wish) fully insured IR35 status checker in the industry. If you receive an "outside IR35" determination for your role at the end of the status check, you can be comprehensively insured against the cost of any investigation launched by HMRC and any subsequent tax, penalties and interest levied if HMRC are able to successfully challenge the determination meaning you are 100% protected up to a value of £100,000.

Narrative Description

Our whole system is based on matching your real needs and wants to appropriately skilled and experience consultants. We don't use AI systems to filter CVs like so many other sites. We use narrative descriptions both for consultants and for clients. This means you can tell a story rather than issue a dry job description. It is the same for our consultants. They can enter their successes as a story enabling us to build a picture of what they can really deliver for you. It is essential that you are as descriptive as possible when you write your narrative as this helps our system to build the perfect algorithm to find you who you need.

Be really descriptive - better to say, "I want a cost specialist at C level who can reduce our overhead by 20% or more whilst retaining the highest quality" than to say "We are looking for a COO with plastics experience and at least 10 years experience in a relevant industry".

We understand that sometimes it is relevant to ask for specific industry experience but often it is something we do automatically rather than stopping and questioning whether that or the ability to reduce costs (regardless of industry type) is what we are looking for.
